January 20 - February 17
This all-ages yoga helps kids cultivate a deeper understanding of their body through yoga poses, building self-awareness and confidence. Our fun and dynamic youth classes introduce yoga concepts in an age-appropriate way, supporting emotional development. Kids 5 and under must be accompanied by an adult and adults are encouraged to participate! Sign up for the whole series or register for a single class and try it out.
The series covers one adult and one child. Additional family members can added individually by selecting the "Single Class" option.
