About Our Class Offerings
All classes are now live-streamed
Zoom.us is a free online video conferencing platform that allows lots of interaction. The instructor can see each student and make corrections, you can ask questions, and we will be able to hold discussions as a group. It is very user friendly.
Here’s how it works:
1. Go to https://zoom.us on your computer and install the program on your computer. If you do not have a camera on your computer or would rather use your phone you can navigate to your phone’s app store and download it from there. Let me know if you need help with that.
2. Email Rebecca@IYCVT.com at least 1 hour before class starts and I will email you a direct link to our “class room”. We will follow the normal schedule of classes.
3. If you have not paid for classes please visit the Purchase page on the IYCVT website ahead of time. Email me if you need to know how many classes you have left on session/class cards.
4. If you are new to IYCVT please fill out a WAIVER prior to attending your first class.

& Special Needs
For students who need individual attention or who would like to learn to apply yoga to help aid in recovery from a medical condition. During the course of a private you will have the opportunity to speak in depth about your condition, ask questions, and together we will develop a sequence that you can practice at home. Sessions are 1 hour long although the first meeting can sometimes be longer. Continuing sessions may be recommended.
Fee for a private is $95 for 1 hour (sliding scale available). Please contact Rebecca if you need help and are unable to pay these fees. Note - There is a 24 hour cancellation policy for all private lessons.
